Podcast 217: Faroe Beer

This week, we'll talk to the brewmaster for Faroe Beer (Föroya Bjór). They've been around since 1888, and most alcohol sales have been illegal during a substantial portion of their history. But they've hung on and the laws in the Faroes have loosened up and they can finally brew their signature beverage again.

We'll hear about the fun and the struggles of making beer in a country with a complicated history with alcohol, then we'll stare at a glass of beer we weren't really able to drink.
